At a time of rapid expansion and change for the company, and the launch of multiple digital platforms, Frank was integral in managing the day to day broadcast engineering team and leading the projects to both re-build the broadcast playout centre for the platform and the installation of major TV broadcast studios and post production facilities. He oversaw several multimillion dollar capital projects to modernise the company facilities during our time working together. At all times, I regarded Frank highly and valued his opinions, advice and professionalism. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and has also managed to keep up to date in a rapidly changing technology landscape.

At OSN Frank formed an important and integral part of the Broadcast Ops and Technology management team, During a time where OSN led the region in broadcast technology and innovation, launching the region's first full time HD bouquet and digital VOD platforms. Led by Frank, the broadcast engineering teams delivered on time and on budget to support the growth aspirations of the business. Frank led the team during the redevelopment of the broadcast centre and technology transformation, which included the development of OSN's cloud strategy for DR and expansion of the facilities and critical supporting systems to underpin the resilience of the architecture.
